Do you train your caregivers?

Yes, extensively. We hire experienced caregivers and provide education on Sovereign Ease processes, standards, and values.

Do I pay the caregiver directly?

No, payment should be remitted directly to our office. An invoice will be sent every other week to a designated family member.

What can I expect in a typical day with my caregiver?

It depends on the service requested, including activities like grocery shopping, meal preparation, and engaging in various stimulating programs.

Will we have the same caregiver every time?

We can't guarantee it, but we make every effort to have consistent caregivers. Occasionally, a new caregiver may be introduced.

What if I don't like my caregiver?

Let us know, and we'll assist you in finding a new caregiver. Your comfort is our priority.

What happens if our caregiver can't come that day?

We strive to find a substitute. We'll notify you in advance and introduce any new caregivers.

What specialty services do you provide?

Sovereign Ease offers a range of senior services, including Wellness Watch, Sitter Services, Care Management, and more. Contact your local office for details.

Can Sovereign Ease help with medication?

Caregivers can remind clients to take medication but cannot assist in administration. we always ask to set up pre pack medications.

What does "light housekeeping" mean?

Everyday chores to keep the home tidy, including dishes, laundry, changing linens, and vacuuming.

What if our loved one goes into the hospital?

Call our office to inform us. We can provide Sitter Services and assist with the transition back home.

How quickly can service start?

Right away. Sovereign Ease is known for a quick-start home care approach.

Do I have to sign a contract or commit for a specified period?

While we have a standard service agreement, you can cancel our service at any time with two weeks' notice.

Can I make changes to the schedule if I have an appointment?

Absolutely! Just give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may be subject to fees.

If I have a problem or question, whom should I contact?
